Learn more about Dreamcatchers

What are Dreamcatchers?

Good dreams are sure to come along if you hang a dreamcatcher above your bed. These handmade crafts consist of a round hoop woven with a loose web of yarn and decorated with beads and feathers hanging below the hoop (check out our different options here).

These woven symbols got their start in the Native American nation Nation. Today, they often serve to represent Native American culture in general.

How do Dreamcatchers benefit me?

Dreamcatchers are like a filter for your dreams. Legends held that the spider web design allowed good dreams to pass through and float down the hanging beads and feathers to those sleeping. Bad dreams, however, would be caught in the web. As the first rays of the morning light hit the dreamcatcher, the bad dreams would disappear.  A dreamcatcher is nightmare protection to the max!

For some, dreamcatchers have a broader meaning than just being a sleep aid. To them, these totems represent good energy and help to neutralize bad energy — whether you're awake or asleep!

How to use Dreamcatchers?

Hang it above your bed or place of rest. It will do all the work for you! They also make beautiful decorative pieces!
